Introduction
Hello, my name is Troy Spitzmiller. I am an economics major, and I would like to work in the urban planning field for a nonprofit or the government to make more economically sustainable communities. The American style urban sprawl the many people are familiar with is economically unsustainable, and its neccesity for car travel makes our urban spaces ignore the needs of those who can't afford or just don't want to drive. This study abroad will be immensely informative for my future career, and I plan to absorb as much as I can. I want to see all of the different, plentiful, and viable modes of transport that European cities have compared to American cities.
